Short answer: yes, 5% is it — and only when something sells. No listing fees, no monthly fees, nothing to open a shop. The 5% is on the item subtotal and shipping only. PayPal charges its own payment processing fee separately (that's between you and PayPal). We invoice the 5% monthly, and you can see it anytime under Sell → Fees & invoices.
